Charleston HBA had a great turn out at the Paul Stein Leukemia Golf Tournament on 4/22 sponsored by 84 Lumber. Every hole was sponsored and every golf team was sold out! Could not have asked for better weather or better company. We will be able to donate over $3000 to the Leukemia/ Lymphoma Society of Charleston when all is said and done.
The Home Builders Association of Anderson has been partnering with the local Safe Harbor over the past few years. Our members have supported 2 major projects for Safe Harbor to enable their local house to open and safely take families in. Our Board recently donated $1000.00 as a result of our Spring Golf event. “The HBA of Anderson will continue partnering with organizations such as Safe Harbor and we are proud to step in and support, “said Joey Carter, HBA 2021 President. Amanda Manley, Director of Development and Communications with Safe Harbor attended our last board meeting to accept and thank our members. “We can’t express our appreciation for the generosity of the Anderson HBA.”
