The Home Builders Association of Greenville’s Community Service Committee partnered with Rebuild Upstate for a day of service on June 18th. GBS Building Supply donated the lumber needed for our volunteers to build a ramp for an elderly Greenville man so that he can access his home safely. Thank you to GBS and our wonderful volunteers, including project leader Andrew Woodford of A. B. W. Construction, Johannes Erdmann of A. B. W. Construction, Craig DeLisle of Lauren Homes of S. C., Eddie Howard of Howard Custom Builders, Jon Statom of Palmetto Exterminators, Courtney Smith-Gonzalez of D. R. Horton, and Connie Vaun of DHI Mortgage.
The Home Builders Association of Greenville held a Builder Breakfast, a quarterly event that offers education and industry updates for Builder members. This quarter’s breakfast was hosted and sponsored by Progress Lighting and welcomed Greenville County Building Officials to speak on the new single family permits regulations.

The Home Builders Association of Greenville’s newest council, the Professional Women in Building Council, celebrated their Kickoff Event with prizes, food, and networking at Artisan Traders in Greenville. The Council was excited to welcome new members at the event and help spread the word of their purpose.
